Job Title: Treasury Manager

The primary objective of the Treasury Manager is to ensure efficient liquidity management, effective financial risk mitigation, and optimized cash flow utilization across multiple regions.

This role involves collaborating closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic treasury initiatives, policies, and procedures.

  • Cash Flow Management:
  • Optimize funds utilization by analyzing and managing intercompany loan positions and overseeing daily treasury operations.
  • Financial Risk Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize potential impacts on financial performance through proactive risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  • Banking Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiate optimal terms and conditions, and optimize banking services to support business objectives.
  • Treasury Operations:
  • Prepare timely updates on bank account activities, propose initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and provide support to finance teams on issue resolutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk exposure to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in treasury management or related financial roles with expertise in regional markets.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, financial risk management, and banking practices specific to key regions.
