Electrical Maintenance Operations Coordinator

About the Role
\We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator Electrical to join our team.
\This is a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient operations by leading the execution of coal clearance electrical maintenance at Appin Mine.
\You will be responsible for developing and executing 2–5 week, weekly & daily maintenance plans, planning and coordinating major belt works and maintenance day activities, managing work orders, materials & contractors through SAP and Supply functions, supporting area performance improvements and implementing corrective actions, and compiling daily plans, reports & contributing to reviews and KPIs.

Requirements:

- A degree, associate diploma or trade certificate in electrical engineering/trade\
- Minimum 3 years' underground coal mining experience\
- Strong planning, scheduling & organisational capability\
- Effective communication & problem-solving skills across all levels\
