Commercial Finance Partner Role Overview

This position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day decision-making processes of our operations leaders through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operations leaders to provide timely and actionable financial insights that inform business decisions
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Support commercial projects that drive value and improvement across our Fulfillment Centres
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise performance reporting for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
  • Experience working with operational teams to influence decisions and drive performance
  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)
