We are seeking a skilled and supportive Centre Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting centre tours, and managing enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming families, children, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Conducting centre tours, assisting with enrolments, and introducing new families and staff members.
- Utilising strong systems skills across Salesforce and Qikkids to manage enrolments and family accounts.
- Displaying masterful prioritisation skills to complete systems-related tasks while managing phone, email, debt collection, and walk-in queries.
- Supporting the centre as a key member of the leadership team, utilising refined people and leadership skills.
- Liaising with maintenance teams and external suppliers to ensure the centre maintains its high standards.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and reliably, using super-star administrative skills.
- Exhibiting exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to navigate challenging conversations.

- Availability to work rostered shifts from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
