Investment Director, Dynamic Growth Equity Fund
We are working with a unique and highly active private equity growth fund that invests in high growth businesses and is hands-on with their assets. They have a strong track record and a consistent growth trajectory and are seeking an Investment Director to join their team.
The Head of Private Capital is an exceptional leader with a strong network and track record. We are looking for a highly commercial, thoughtful but dynamic individual with great deal experience and a strong operational skillset, plus a passion for the growth space. The firm emphasizes hands-on involvement, strong commercial acumen, and high technical skills.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of transactions
Sit on or observe boards as appropriate
Collaborate with the team to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
Qualifications
8+ years in Investment Banking with Private Equity or active Corporate Development experience
Strong commercial acumen
Knowledge of the growth equity and/or restructuring space
Ability to understand commercial, financial and operational drivers of growth businesses
CFA or CA qualified
Deal experience is non-negotiable
Investing experience is required
