
Curriculum Leader Position

This role is a key part of our leadership team, responsible for supporting and developing staff expertise in critical areas such as observation and feedback, instructional teaching practices, data literacy, and research-informed conversations.
The successful candidate will be an active leader within the classroom environment, modelling and providing instructional feedback to all staff from Kindergarten to Year 6. They will also build capacity in explicit instruction, assessment, and review.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have a high level of interpersonal and public relations skills, capacity to provide effective leadership, and genuine engagement with students to create real relationships that support learning and wellbeing.
