**Financial Leader Role**

 

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing liquidity, funding, and financial risk to support business growth.

 

  • Manage cash flow and ensure funding requirements are met.
  • Oversee debt facilities, asset-backed securitization arrangements, and reporting.
  • Lead hedge accounting, treasury accounting, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with banks, investors, regulators, auditors, rating agencies, legal, compliance, and audit teams.
  • Review and manage daily banking, cash and bank reconciliations, cash flow budgeting and forecasting, hedging, and foreign exchange risk management activities.
  • Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debt instruments, FX, interest rate risk, and liquidity management. They should also possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Key Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA preferred) with 7 years or more of experience.
  • Proven experience in treasury or corporate finance, including treasury accounting, hedge accounts, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
