Lead Financial Strategist Role

The successful candidate will lead the finance function, driving financial performance and growth through strategic planning, risk management, and compliance. This key role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll processing, as well as identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage statutory compliance, including tax obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing proactive measures to protect the organization's assets.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.

We seek a highly experienced finance professional who brings:

  • CA or CPA qualification, with a tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years' experience in senior finance roles, such as Finance Manager or Controller.
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.
