We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar administration, a strong understanding of administrative writing, and exceptional time management skills.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and fault finding;
  • Schedule maintenance and/or installations as required;
  • Liaise with suppliers and installers to ensure smooth operations and installations;
  • Contribute to the team's success by offering assistance wherever necessary;

Responsibilities:

  • Effective data entry and management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively;
  • A commitment to professionalism in all interactions and tasks;
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in solar administration;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel;
  • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities;
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Working Arrangements:

  • Flexible working hours between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday;
  • Open to part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week;
