Project Manager Opportunity

The Ngardara Project is an innovative community-led approach to renewable electricity for the township of Borroloola, led by a First Nations community-controlled organisation representing the Borroloola community.

The General SPV Manager Role

This key role oversees day-to-day operations of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), ensuring compliance with governance, legal, regulatory, and financial obligations across all project phases. The successful candidate will manage Co-Secretarial functions, lead preparation of board and committee documentation, and maintain strong reporting and stakeholder engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project communications to ensure timely and effective information exchange among stakeholders.
  • Support financial administration, including budgeting and forecasting, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee regulatory filings to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain insurance coverage to protect the project from potential risks and liabilities.

Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and the Northern Territory context is highly regarded.
