We are seeking a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and continuously improve the company's HSE management system
- Conduct site audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis
- Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks
- Prepare reports and present HSE performance data to management
- Proven experience in an HSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment
- Strong knowledge of national HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques
- Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site
