About the Role

This is a key position for a Senior Civil Designer to join our team at BMD Empower. The successful candidate will be responsible for scope, producing, and reviewing completed design and documentation, as well as preparing and delivering engineering solutions to clients.

  • Scope, produce, and review completed design and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver engineering solutions to clients as per their project requirements.
  • Coordinate external consultants for the incorporation of any required engineering inputs into designs.
  • Production of engineering and cost estimates.
  • Conduct internal audits of the company business management system.

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Experience in design of urban development, residential subdivision, and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in road design is essential.
  • Formal qualifications in Engineering.
  • TMD (Traffic Management Design) Qualification.
  • Strong design capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
