We are one of Australia's largest autism-specific service providers, working in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum and their families to deliver evidence-informed solutions.

Our strength-based approach supports individuals with their goals through their strengths and interests, allowing them to live their best lives. Our goal is to understand, engage and celebrate the strengths, interests and aspirations of people on the autism spectrum, creating a positive environment that enables our support workers to provide quality direct support.

Our services operate from Monday to Friday, between 8:45am-3:15pm, with a minimum of three days per week.

What We're Looking For In A Candidate
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Community Service or Individual Support - completed or working towards (highly regarded)
  • Experience working in a day program, supported accommodation services or a hospital setting - required
  • Experience working with adults with complex behaviours and support needs
  • Engaged and willing to learn; skilled at building rapport
  • Motivated, resilient and enthusiastic
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • A driver's licence (desirable)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment
  • A current Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state where you will be employed
