About the Role
  • Oversee financial operations, optimise performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver financial insights and strategies to drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial plans to meet business objectives.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Conducting cost analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
  • Identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Considerable experience in senior finance or accounting.
  • Experience managing finances for multiple locations within a state or region.
  • Familiarity with government financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Professional certification (CPA) is preferred.
  • Valid driver's licence.

Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
