Key Role: Senior Finance Manager

A dynamic and experienced finance leader is required to drive business performance, lead high-performing teams, and deliver strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across group and project entities
  • Deliver scenario modelling and investment analysis to support key decisions
  • Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including financial risk and insurance oversight
  • Lead the development of financial policies and controls
  • Provide commercial insights and board-level reporting aligned to business goals
Requirements:
  • CA or CPA qualification (essential)
  • Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years' experience in finance, including 5+ years in a senior financial or accounting role
  • Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments
