Compliance Risk Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's AML/CTF obligations are met.
Key responsibilities include reviewing onboarding files, conducting 4-eye checks for client onboarding and transaction monitoring alerts, investigating alerts and escalating potential issues, filing accurate and timely reports with regulatory bodies, and maintaining records and audit trails.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a compliance or financial crime role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and AML/CTF frameworks. Familiarity with crypto, fintech, remittance, or trading environments is a plus.
