Power Generation Service Manager Role Summary

Job Description

The Power Generation Service Manager is responsible for leading the coordination and execution of temporary power generation rental solutions.

This hands-on leadership role ensures the safe and efficient delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rental equipment in field environments such as construction sites, events, utility outages, or emergency deployments.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of field delivery operations for power generation rental equipment.

  • Manage a team of field technicians to ensure reliable and on-time installation and setup of power solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments, determine appropriate equipment sizing and configurations, and oversee field installations.

Key Requirements:

Experience

5+ years of experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, HV transformers, and temporary power systems.

Leadership Skills

Proven leadership experience in field service operations or project management.

Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
