Project Lead

The role of Project Lead involves overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, encompassing various phases such as initial scoping, stakeholder engagement, design, procurement, construction, and handover. Ensuring project outcomes are aligned with client objectives, timelines, and resources is paramount.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity for a full-time Project Lead to be based in South East QLD with flexible work arrangements, including remote working options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic leadership and commercial input for project delivery
  • Management of project start-up activities and processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners through effective stakeholder management
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, ensuring compliance and adhering to company policies
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and addressing delays and risks
About You
  • Proven experience in project and team management within the construction industry, with at least 10 years of expertise
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective management and organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management, to handle multiple projects simultaneously
