About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join our Group Treasury Capital team, supporting the delivery of a significant Financial Planning and Analysis Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our delivery partners, technology and business teams to support the implementation and optimization of Anaplan as our strategic forecasting and planning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a stream of our Treasury Forecasting and Projections Transformation initiative, guiding the project to successful completion within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Partner with internal teams and the system integration partner to ensure models are built to meet both specifications and the strategic forecasting needs of the business.
  • Proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure all project deliverables meet acceptance criteria and align with project objectives and business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management or Delivery Lead roles, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on forecasting and projections.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with and influencing at various organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail and inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience with Anaplan implementations or Treasury transformation projects will be highly regarded.
