Job Description:

The role of the Crime Scene Investigator is to provide expert forensic support in crime scene examinations and analysis.

As a Crime Scene Investigator, you will be part of a team that works to detect, collect, record and interpret evidence related to various crimes such as drug importations, child protection, cybersecurity and counter-terrorism operations.

You will work closely with investigators and other stakeholders to provide accurate and professional forensic advice and evidence to support investigations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in a relevant science/forensic/technical discipline or contemporary experience/knowledge.
  • Ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance.
  • Australian citizenship at the time of application.
