Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality midwifery care to women and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in midwifery care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, evaluate, and maintain high standards of midwifery care.
  • Deliver respectful, patient-centered care that acknowledges and honors the dignity, culture, and values of every individual and family.
  • Empower women and their families by providing direct, women-centred care that reflects best practices and professional standards.

Work Environment:

Our maternity service is a vibrant and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work across various areas, including:

  • Birthing Suite and Maternity Assessment Unit.
  • Antenatal and Postnatal Care on the ward.
  • Postnatal Care in the Home (PCH).
  • Maternity Ward (Antenatal and Postnatal Care and/or Postnatal Care in the Home ONLY).
