We are seeking a dedicated caregiving professional to join our team at Moran Roxburgh Park, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
The shift schedule is morning and afternoon shifts, with reporting to the Registered Nurse in Charge.
As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents living in our residential home, working with a great team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing essential care, personal assistance, and emotional support to residents.
- Participating in night shift care teams and supporting resident overnight care needs.
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support
- A commitment to providing a high standard of care and service
- Ability to work in a team and support colleagues
- Basic computer skills
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Highly organized with strong planning skills
You will be supported and mentored to ensure your success in this role, with opportunities to further develop your skills in modern facilities and equipment.
