We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to undertake a Carer Traineeship with our organisation.

About the Role

This full-time role includes formal training and on-the-job support, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

The successful candidate will be supported throughout their training, including education, assessment, and qualification outcomes. Upon completion of the Traineeship, you will be awarded a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification and potentially transition into a full-time caregiving role.

Training and Development

The formal training component will involve a mix of remote-based learning, face-to-face instruction, and on-the-job assessment. All training will be designed to reflect the requirements of your new role as a Carer within our care home environment.

Career Opportunities

Upon completion of the traineeship, you may transition into a full-time caregiving role within the care home. As a team member, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values being Brave, Caring, and Responsible.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will need to have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident, or have a visa that is valid for the duration of the traineeship.
