The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our Asset Transfers team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing transitions cases from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination with external parties, and validating paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with external parties, including fund managers, registries, and advisers, to ensure timely and efficient transfer of assets.
  • Validating transfer forms and ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and other unlisted assets.
  • Knowledge of Capital Gains tax and ability to review cost base information.
  • WRAP platform experience highly regarded.
  • Desirable: experience within the finance industry.
