Jacobs is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our Operations, Management & Facility Services (OMFS) team in Melbourne. This role will play a key part in delivering asset management, operations, and maintenance services to our water and cross-sector infrastructure clients in Victoria.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset operations and maintenance delivery, with expertise in maintenance planning and scheduling. They will also have knowledge of asset management systems, frameworks, and practices, as well as a background in reliability, root cause analysis, and asset life cycle programs.
The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for delivering asset operations, maintenance planning, and scheduling for client projects, conducting asset condition and criticality assessments, and implementing and optimizing CMMS/Enterprise Asset Management Systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field, with a strong client-facing ability to nurture key relationships in Victoria.
