Operations Supervisor Job Description">

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Hobart. This role will involve coordinating and scheduling our curbside collection fleet to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

The successful candidate will have a landfill or waste background, with 2-3 years' minimum experience in a supervisory role. They will be approachable, have good people skills, and be able to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate and schedule the curbside collection fleet to achieve KPIs">
  • Consult with line management to develop and manage operational targets">
  • Ensure pre-start, post-run, and minor daily maintenance tasks are completed on all equipment">
  • Lead by example and create a positive work culture">
  • Drive operational efficiencies within the team and continually review and improve site performance">
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports, including toolbox meetings">
  • Lead performance management investigations and outcomes">

Requirements:
