About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Dexus's business objectives and supports the continuous improvement of our employee experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into our overall business strategy.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including e-learning and simulations, that meet the needs of our employees and support their career development.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and vendors, to ensure that learning and development initiatives are effective and meet the needs of our business.
  • Develop and manage budgets for training programs and vendors to ensure that we are getting the best value for our investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in adult learning and development and apply this knowledge to create effective training programs and resources.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, training, organizational development, or a similar role.
  • Experience in designing and implementing a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Expertise in training design and delivery, including e-learning and simulations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in applying these principles to create effective training programs and resources.
