Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead our curriculum development and pedagogy initiatives. As Director of Curriculum, Data and Pedagogy, you will play a critical role in driving educational excellence and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the analysis and utilization of data to inform curriculum planning and drive student outcomes.
  • Pedagogy and Professional Growth: Foster professional growth through instructional leadership and build Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) to enhance teaching practices.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the delivery of contemporary and innovative curriculum across all learning areas.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Oversee the design and implementation of formative and summative assessments to measure student progress.
  • Staff Support: Support staff in aligning their teaching practices with AITSL standards and evidence-based pedagogical methods.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Promote a collaborative culture within the organization, enabling staff to share skills, knowledge, and ideas.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and pedagogy.
