- PhD or equivalent accreditation in a relevant field, with a strong background in digital technology and pedagogy.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and curriculum development, with a focus on digital technology and education.
- Strong research track-record and a program of research that informs evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, including online and blended learning environments.
- Experience teaching digital technologies in school settings.
- Understanding and practice of effective instructional design for online learning.
- Experience in preparing research proposal submissions to external funding bodies and evidence of success in securing research funding.
