Key Test Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced test lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in test strategy development, team management, and automation tool evaluation. They will be responsible for defining and implementing test plans, collaborating with project managers and developers to understand requirements, and mentoring a team of testers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Test Planning & Execution:
    • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project goals and timelines
    • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage
  2. Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of testers working on multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
    • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  3. Automation & Tools:
    • Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and coverage
    • Maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as EasyRepro and Mstest(C#)
  4. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective test strategies
