At integratedliving Australia Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to clients in regional areas of Australia.

**About the Role**

  • This is a full-time opportunity available for Monday to Friday work.
  • You will be responsible for providing health promotion and education to clients and carers, promoting and delivering our award-winning Wellness for Independence programs, and monitoring and promoting health outcomes via Telehealth.
  • You will also provide direct care services across various funding programs, including wound care, diabetes care, medication management, stoma care, and catheter care.

**Requirements**

  • A Division One Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners' Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Experience working as an independent clinical practitioner or in a team.
  • Community, acute, and aged care experience of 1 or more years.
  • Proficient in electronic technology, including smart phones, tablets, laptops, email, internet, and client data management systems.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A current driver's license and ability to travel for client care.
