Production Engineering Opportunity

This production engineer role involves working on-site to drive continuous improvement and deliver results. The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in mechanical, civil or other relevant engineering disciplines.
About the Job
- Drive cost outcomes, quality, safety and engagement across the site workforce.
- Provide vital support to site operations with a focus on day-to-day quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer engineering inputs for plant/equipment and assist with cost inputs to sales estimates.
- Plan and implement production requirements and contribute to the delivery of projects from infancy to final completion.
What We're Looking For
- A motivated and results-driven professional with practical experience in the prestress, precast or reinforced concrete industry.
- Interest in project management and delivering projects to tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
