To succeed in this role, you will need
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Chartered membership (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
- Ideal 15+ years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering, including senior level positions with strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the civil construction industry and its challenges
- Ability to critically assess, interpret and communicate complex information
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
