Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the daily and long-term rostering of support workers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and maintain the daily and long-term rostering of support workers.
  • Backfill shifts for planned and unplanned leave quickly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Client Services Coordinator to ensure the right support worker is matched to each participant.
  • Communicate shift changes to staff and escalate rostering issues where required.
  • Establish and maintain accurate data in the rostering system.
  • Ensure roster gaps are filled promptly to avoid service disruption.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide after-hours rostering support as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with Visual Care/Shift Care CRM or other rostering systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to communicate effectively with staff and participants.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Customer service focus and a positive attitude.
