**Key Responsibilities:**

- Receive and process all inbound sales inquiries efficiently.
- Proactively assess customers' product needs and provide timely solutions.
- Generate accurate sales quotes promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage client interactions by providing responsive service and support.
- Enter and maintain sales and customer information in our job system effectively.
- Provide quotings and sales support to sales representatives as required.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to think ahead.
- Sound computer skills are essential.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is paramount.
