Lead User Experience Designer

About the Role:

The Lead User Experience Designer is a pivotal role in shaping the user-centric design strategy for our SaaS platform. This individual will work closely with the Head of Design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure product usability and accessibility through iterative testing and refinement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including designers, developers, and product managers.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with design teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, and InVision.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
