Job Summary- You'll join a diverse team of engineers to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest cost.
- Become part of a world-class engineering team leading electrical designs of Data Centers across Asia Pacific.
As an electrical design engineer, you'll work with hands-on experience in designing, from concept through construction, commissioning, and handover. You'll be relied upon as a subject matter expert in the electrical engineering field.
Responsibilities- Work with internal teams to understand evolving user requirements.
- Lead Data Center electrical designs in collaboration with other disciplines.
- Critical Data Center equipment design, including MV infrastructure, Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Switchgear, Transformers, and Earthing.
- Create designs meeting quality requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Work with regional vendors and manufacturers to specify electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with local utilities and agencies to ensure compliance with IEC requirements and APAC design codes.
- Review and approve equipment submittals.
- Define project scope and provide technical support for information requests.
- Work with commissioning teams to test and validate electrical systems.
