About This Role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to fill the position of a Panel Site Supervisor.

This is a hands-on role that offers a pathway to step off the tools into a supervisory position. Our team provides training and mentoring opportunities to support your career growth.

As a key player in our Insulated Panel Division, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment while ensuring safety remains at the forefront.

You will also coordinate specialist subcontractor trades to achieve project deadlines and provide hands-on supervision and direction of works on site.

Liaising with clients and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

This role requires a sound understanding of buildings and structures, strong work ethic, quality focus, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate specialist subcontractor trades to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to workers on-site.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.

  • Strong work ethos, quality focus, and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and contribute to meeting project timelines.
  • Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., carpentry or roofing).
