Job Summary:

To ensure the safety and security of theme park properties, including attractions and exhibits, this role is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service while ensuring the welfare of staff and guests.

Duties:

  • Patrol the grounds to prevent theft and vandalism
  • Maintain gate house operations, including access control and registering of vehicles
  • Respond to incidents and provide assistance as required
  • Ensure the safety of team members and guests, and provide conflict resolution
  • Handle emergency procedures and act as the communication point for the Emergency Response Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unarmed Security License with Crowd Control module license essential
  • Cash in Transit required within 3 months of employment
  • Advanced Resuscitation Techniques and Provide First Aid qualifications essential
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate essential
  • Security monitoring qualification highly regarded
  • Current unrestricted drivers license required
  • Availability to work any day, including nights, weekends and school holidays
