Dreamworld is Australia's biggest theme park, with rides, slides and wildlife all in one place We are searching for friendly and energetic customer service extraordinaires to join our team in preparation for the upcoming holiday periods, working across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and the Gold Coast's latest hot spot Dreamworld Night Markets

The role of a **Theme Park Employee (Commercial) **gives team members the unique and diverse opportunity to work across a variety of outlets within our Commercial offerings; with training offered to successful applicants across both Retail and/or Food & Beverage duties (including Front and Back of House duties). At the core of this role, is the opportunity to ensure our guests receive outstanding service across our Commercial outlets

**To be considered you must have**:

- Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills
- Cash handling skills and EFT/POS processing experience;
- Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure;
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards;
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying a high level of initiative; and
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willing to obtain one.

This role involves manual handling, therefore good physical dexterity is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work. Flexibility for rostering purposes is required across 7 days and **availability for weekend work, evening work and school holidays is essential.**
