Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Educator plays a pivotal role in delivering hands-on educational support and clinical teaching/facilitation to graduate nurses and students.

  • Provide evidence-based nursing care to all patients through dissemination of current best practice knowledge.
  • Ensure staff adherence to mandatory training and completion of eLearning components.
  • Attend relevant policy meetings, ward meetings and bi-monthly education sessions.
About the Role

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) or working towards.
  • Experience as an educator in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in eLearning platforms.
  • High level of computer literacy including MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
