The role of a Project Coordinator is to support the project team in delivering projects and contributing to overall business activities while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop project plans and estimates to assist clients with project feasibility and budget planning.
- Measure and calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
- Coordinate discipline-specific activities, including project estimating and management plans.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and build strong relationships.
- Contribute to both team efforts and individual tasks.
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience in estimation and project coordination is highly regarded.
- Passionate about the role with a desire to grow within the company.
This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
