The Quality Assurance Lead plays a pivotal role in facilitating and coordinating testing across initiatives, ensuring the ongoing currency and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework and supporting tools within the Transformation and Technology Office.

About the Role:

- Develop a comprehensive Transformation QA Strategy to support successful organisational deliverables
- Manage testing tools and environment
- Oversight of testing to deliver portfolio and organisational change
- QA closure activities
- Leadership and Drive testing awareness
- Risk and Compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience working in Programs with a testing capacity or understanding of Program testing
- Financial Services Industry experience desirable
- Stakeholder Management and Leadership
- Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels, developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a strong focus on identifying the needs and pain points of end users from a test coordination perspective
- Experience in managing testing involving vendors and other departments
- Experience in leading a team of Test professionals
- Risk and Change Management; experience in identifying risks and change impacts around testing in a Program delivery context
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilise multiple system and technology platforms
- Experience managing complex test environment architectures
