As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving school-wide improvement initiatives, building teacher capacity, and fostering a culture of high aspirations and expectations across students, staff, and the broader community.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of instructional leadership, with experience in leading continuous school-wide improvement, instructional design, and data-driven decision making.

You will also have a proven ability to manage complex daily operations, systems, and procedures to create and sustain positive learning environments.

  • Demonstrated capability in leading continuous school-wide improvement in school teams, informed by quality data, evidence, and evaluative practice.
  • Proven instructional leadership skills and experiences to build teacher capacity with a focus on student outcomes and curriculum reform.
  • Proven ability to collaboratively lead an inclusive, engaging, and supportive school-wide culture to promote high aspirations and expectations across students, staff, and the community.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage complex daily operations, systems, and procedures, to create and sustain positive learning environments.
  • Capacity to develop strong relational trust that enables professional growth and well-being culture to flourish.
