As a senior administrator, you will serve as the strategic partner to the Deputy Principal, providing high-level support and guidance in the areas of teaching, learning, wellbeing and operations.

About the Role

This key leadership position requires someone who is resilient, solution-focused and highly organised, with the ability to anticipate needs, mentor and support senior leaders on behalf of the Deputy Principal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate needs and provide strategic support to the Deputy Principal
  • Mentor and support senior leaders
  • Manage schedules and act as gatekeeper
  • Drive innovation and coordinate school-wide projects
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality
