This opportunity lies within our dynamic global P&C team in Melbourne, reporting directly to the Reward & Performance Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Group Reward & Performance team in the Annual Performance and Reward Review process.
  • Providing critical analysis and insights through reporting and data interpretation.
  • Auditing remuneration data to ensure accuracy in payroll and HR systems.
  • Offering day-to-day support on performance and remuneration-related matters.
  • Delivering Australian-specific reports and guidance on WGEA.
  • Growing and developing your performance and reward career alongside our Australian growth.
About You

You should have experience in a similar position, preferably with corporate exposure to performance and rewards, awards, and benefits. A tertiary qualification in Commerce is desirable but not necessary.
