We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Australia. As the point of contact for the People & Culture Team and Business Leadership, you will play a critical role in managing market intelligence activities, including salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and analysing data to populate KBR Australia's job pricing database.
In conjunction with People & Culture and Business Unit Leads, you will design project-specific performance and retention incentive plans, as well as support global initiatives including the Annual Salary Review and incentive nominations processes. A key focus will be providing guidance on the uplift of KBR Australia's compensation and benefits offering, ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements where applicable.
This is a full-time position based in either Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne, working closely with the global compensation team and the local People team to design compensation and benefits solutions for employees.
About the Role- Manage market intelligence activities, including salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and analysing data to populate KBR Australia's job pricing database.
- Design project-specific performance and retention incentive plans, in conjunction with People & Culture and Business Unit Leads.
- Support global initiatives, including the Annual Salary Review and incentive nominations processes.
- Provide guidance on the uplift of KBR Australia's compensation and benefits offering, ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements where applicable.
- Prior experience in a specialised compensation and benefits role.
- Prior experience with salary surveys and benchmarking.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Australian Citizen with ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, HR or similar (desirable).
- Knowledge of Workday (compensation) (desirable).
