We are seeking an accomplished leader to provide exceptional strategic and cultural guidance, focusing on audience, artistic, and financial sustainability, while maintaining robust connections within Aboriginal, government, business, and artistic communities.
About the RoleThe Theatre Executive Director will be responsible for realising the Artistic Director's vision, building brand and profile, developing audiences, increasing financial viability, overseeing scheduling and operations, and developing staff and First Nations artists. They will also supervise business operations including finance, marketing, development, education, and producing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership in an organisation of similar scale and scope. Experience in the arts or not-for-profit sector is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, an inclusive leadership style, and experience working with diverse staff and senior leadership.
