Executive Director Position

We are seeking an experienced executive leader to provide strategic and cultural leadership, focusing on audience, artistic, and financial sustainability.

This role will involve maintaining robust connections within Aboriginal, government, business, and artistic communities, both locally and nationally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record from an organisation of similar scale and scope, with established networks within the Australasian venue and festival communities.

Key responsibilities include governance relationships, team leadership, stakeholder management, operations, education, and touring program development.
