Rural Mental Health Triage Specialist

Are you a compassionate and skilled mental health registered nurse seeking a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference? We invite you to consider this pivotal role as a rural mental health triage specialist, where you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals accessing mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert mental health triage and assessment services to individuals in need
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical triage, assessment, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
